About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Analytics professional to join our Digital Operations team within the Education Division on a six-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will shape and implement the digital marketing roadmap for the UK and International Education businesses, enhancing reach, engagement, and conversion across key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign delivery across all digital paid channels for UK and International marketing teams.
  • Lead the UK and International reporting strategy and marketing data roadmap.
  • Deliver actionable insights and optimize marketing data analytics tools.
  • Drive search strategy for organic and paid search to boost reach and conversion.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure targeting and positive ROI.
  • Train and upskill marketing teams in digital marketing and analytics best practices.
  • Manage campaign planning and lead process improvements.
  • Line manage the Performance Marketing Manager based in India.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and excellent data literacy. You excel at managing priorities in fast-paced environments and communicate insights with clarity. Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analytics Manager is highly desirable.
