Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics
Remote | North East US Preferred
$150k-200k Base + Benefits
We're partnering with a fast-growing healthcare organisation that's investing heavily in data, analytics and business intelligence. They're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a high-impact team and help shape how data informs business decisions across the organisation.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with executive stakeholders to build reporting capabilities, develop forecasting models and deliver the insights that drive operational and financial performance.
What you'll be doing
• Lead and develop the Business Intelligence & Analytics function
• Partner with executive leadership to drive data-informed decision making
• Design and optimise executive dashboards, reporting and KPI frameworks
• Build forecasting models and identify trends that improve business performance
• Develop scalable reporting solutions across multiple business functions
• Partner with IT to automate data pipelines and reporting processes
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support budgeting, revenue forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
What we're looking for
• Experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data teams
• Previous people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
• Strong experience with Tableau and Snowflake
• Advanced Excel skills with an analytical mindset
• Experience with Python, SQL or Power BI is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
