The Role: Investor Relations & Growth Partner

This is a part-time remote role focused on capital strategy and strategic expansion. As an Investor Relations & Growth Partner, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential investors, sponsors, and aligned strategic partners to secure vital financial resources for the academy ’s growth and long-term sustainability. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive investor outreach strategies, contributing to compelling pitch materials and growth plans, and advising on scalable initiatives. You will also be key in strengthening relationships with essential stakeholders.

The role extends to identifying significant market opportunities and strategically positioning Own Your Voice Academy for expansion. This is crucial while continuously advancing its mission of driving sustainability and social impact through innovative collaborations. Furthermore, you will lead discussions and negotiations with potential investors and strategic partner organizations to secure funding, sponsorships, and collaborative growth opportunities, all aligned with the company ’s mission and expansion strategy. Collaboration with our outreach team will be a continuous aspect of this role.

Compensation

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Investor Relations, Investments, and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong background in Finance, with solid practical knowledge and experience.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
• Exceptional Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate in team environments.
• Prior success in fundraising, grant-writing, or growth strategy development is a plus.
• A passion for sustainability, sports, health, or social innovation is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
