Plant Controller, Manufacturing Finance Lead

We are seeking a Manufacturing Finance Lead / Plant Controller to join the site's Natural Leadership Team (NLT) in Tessenderlo, Belgium. Reporting to the regional Insulation Business Finance Leader, you will act as a key business partner to support functions and finance partners across Europe and North America. Your role will involve helping to define the plant strategy and cost structure, developing robust forecasts, and maintaining stringent cost control within the site. You will also be responsible for driving productivity through insightful financial analyses.

This is a pivotal role for the success of our Tessenderlo site. As the Manufacturing Finance Lead, you will have significant autonomy, working alongside the Plant Leader to develop, present, and take accountability for driving the business forward. This includes challenging colleagues and peers as necessary and embodying a growth mindset.

Business Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, or Professional Accounting Membership.
• Finance (controlling) and/or Manufacturing Excellence experience.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Location: Tessenderlo, Belgium (flexible working to be agreed with the Plant Leader & Business Finance Leader).
