The Opportunity

This comprehensive internship offers hands-on experiential training under the guidance of an experienced mentor. As an Intern Human Resources, you will assist with various HR functions such as compensation and benefits, workforce analytics, succession planning, learning & development, recruiting, employee relations, and general HR advisory work.

Responsibilities

  • Answering daily employee inquiries on a variety of topics.
  • Processing HR transactions using Workday.
  • Reviewing and recommending HR process changes.
  • Providing recruitment support including job posting and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting various HR projects and preparing analytical reports.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028. Must be available to work in Denver, CO from May 18 to August 7, 2026. Strong academic results, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and proven problem-solving skills are required.
