About the role
IT Specialist
We’re looking for a mighty IT wizard to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you’ll support the overall planning, managing, and execution of local & global IT efforts. You’ll be responsible for a variety of features and cross-team projects, and you’ll get to do it all as a member of our awesome IT crew.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Provide support and IT maintenance for all team members and all their work devices in Israel as well as for the global teams.
- Manage access to the company’s IT systems and tools.
- Own the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth setup for new hires and secure, compliant offboarding for leavers.
- Install and configure new workstations, software and hardware.
- Administer and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, identity management, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
- Assist with network administration.
- Handle complex and escalated support issues.
- Build and maintain a security policy + create measures for protection of computer systems and networks.
- Monitor, audit, and analyze system and network activity to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities or incidents.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT and security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal best practices.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT operations and support.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic high-tech environment (startup or scale-up company).
- Strong experience managing Windows, MacOS, and cloud-based systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deep understanding of Google Workspace, Office 365 Admin, Slack, and Monday.com.
- Hands-on expertise with firewalls, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience with identity management, SaaS integrations, and device management platforms (MDM) and EDR.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across departments.
