Junior DevOps Engineer Job Description
A Junior DevOps Engineer supports the development and operations teams by helping automate, deploy, and maintain applications and infrastructure. This role focuses on improving system reliability, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, and learning DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Support application deployment and environment setup
- Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure performance
- Help automate repetitive tasks using scripts and tools
- Troubleshoot basic issues in development, testing, and production environments
- Work with cloud platforms to manage infrastructure
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams for smooth releases
