As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be a vital part of a global team dedicated to crafting exceptional digital experiences. You will act as the user's advocate and an innovation seeker, helping customers build applications from scratch or redesigning existing ones.

You will lead the creation of delightful user interfaces and best possible experiences in a dynamic, agile environment.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Crafting digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native applications.
• Articulating and communicating design decisions effectively to product, business, and technology leaders.
• Leading customers through a refined vision to help them understand the impact on their business and users.
• Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams throughout the entire design process.
• Evangelizing human-centered design approaches across the organization through daily practice and workshops.
• Thriving in a company and team culture that challenges the status quo and keeps the customer's journey central to all decisions.
• Mentoring other designers and team members, both within OutSystems and during customer engagements.
• Being a thought leader by passionately sharing your design expertise.
• Enabling customers and partners by helping them integrate design best practices into their everyday processes.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design; agency or consulting background is preferred.
• Mastery in finding simple, elegant solutions to complex problems using a human-centered design process.
• Expert knowledge of user research, visual design, interaction design, rapid prototyping, and related activities.
• A proven leader who works independently, consistently exceeding expectations and mentoring others effectively.
• A strong usability and accessibility mindset.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Knowledge of standards and best practices for iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Availability to travel.
