There are NO limits to your career. At OutSystems, you will shape the future as a Senior Web Production Specialist. In this individual contributor role, you will maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring it is current, accurate, and optimized.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute daily website updates and critical content changes.
- Create and publish new pages/sections following brand guidelines.
- Use the content management system (Sitecore) for efficient updates.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and subject matter experts.
- Manage backlog and prioritize updates based on business needs.
- Conduct regular audits for broken links, outdated content, and formatting issues.
- Ensure design, user experience, accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- QA and test pages pre-, during, and post-live production.
- Document website processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in web production, web editing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with content management systems; Sitecore preferred.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive web design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with digital asset management and SEO principles.
- Basic image editing skills (Photoshop, Figma, etc.).
