We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who will not only excel in field engagements but also build reusable assets and establish repeatable processes, laying the foundation for our future. This critical role will transition us from a pilot phase to a standardized global operation, preparing us for scalable growth. You will leverage your field experience to identify common customer scenarios and codify them into robust playbooks, accelerators, and best practices. As the architect of our Intelligent AI-driven services operation, you will be at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Practice: Utilize direct field experience to gather essential insights, enabling the definition of the official FDE practice and standard operating procedures.
• Build Playbooks & Accelerators: Design standard, reusable, and repeatable service offerings to support efficient and sustainable growth.
• Knowledge Centralization: Contribute significantly to the "PS Intelligence Hub" by transforming disparate project experiences into a centralized, easily queryable knowledge base for the entire team.
• Pattern Recognition & Offer Design: Identify recurring patterns across various customer engagements to help evolve our pricing models and design outcome-based offerings.
• Enablement & Scaling: Create robust frameworks that empower partners and other professional services roles to deliver services with consistent high quality, thereby paving the way for the global rollout of the FDE model.

Compensation for Forward Deployed Engineer

The base salary for this position ranges from $153,000 to $186,300. Our salary determination process is based on industry standards, company performance, and prevailing market conditions. We are committed to offering competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

• Market Research: Analysis of industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases.
• Company Performance: Assessment of financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation.
• Job Requirements: Evaluation of the specific skills, experience, and qualifications essential for the role.
• Geographic Location: Consideration of the cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards within the region.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong field engineering background with demonstrated ability to abstract specific customer solutions into generalizable methodologies.
• Proven experience in AI Strategy & Governance, including defining AI governance models and embedding AI into lifecycle processes.
• Exceptional Systems Thinking capability, enabling the design of "intelligent and repeatable" solutions that allow the organization to solve problems once and scale broadly.
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively align with Digital, Product, and CO teams, driving priorities to transform PS digital processes.
