Job Description

Paid Media Specialist

Outsourced is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our in-house team. You will take ownership of paid performance across search, shopping, social, and display channels. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, scaling revenue, and continually improving ROAS for a premium menswear brand with a strong identity and loyal customer base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, thrives on data, and understands how performance marketing fits within a wider brand and product story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the paid media strategy across Paid Search & Shopping, Paid Social, and Digital Display.
  • Own performance against revenue, CPA, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation: campaign setup, optimization, tracking, reporting, and insight.
  • Continuously test and evolve tactics across platforms, audiences, creatives, and formats.
  • Accurately forecast performance and budget delivery across accounts and markets.
  • Ensure paid media supports wider brand, trading, and promotional objectives.
  • Own and manage all paid activity across platforms including Google, YouTube, Microsoft (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Criteo, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage and optimize product feeds and shopping strategies in collaboration with merchandising and e-commerce teams.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of platform automation, bidding strategies, and industry best practice.
  • Oversee the use of 3rd-party tools and technology to drive efficiency and insight.
  • Act as a key paid media contact for senior stakeholders across the wider team.
  • Translate performance data into clear, commercial insights for non-specialist audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Strong practical expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
  • Proven experience (5 years +) managing Paid Search & Shopping and Paid Social campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of paid media implementation and optimization.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Understanding of the wider paid media ecosystem and channel interaction.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in fashion, menswear, or e-commerce (Nice to have).
  • Advanced Excel / reporting skills (Looker Studio a plus).

  • Homebased
  • Monday to Friday, 1pm to 10pm PH Time
