Role Description
This is a remote, volunteer role for a Quality Assurance Specialist at Outcome School. The role involves overseeing and managing quality assurance processes to ensure programs meet organizational and industry standards. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with best practices, and developing strategies to enhance the quality of training and program delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies
- Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and frameworks
- Experience in conducting Quality Audits and ensuring organizational compliance
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent quality standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Previous experience in a training or education-oriented organization is a plus
