Outcome School is seeking a dedicated HTML/CSS Instructor (Volunteer) to teach and mentor aspiring young developers as part of our training program. As a volunteer, you will deliver structured lessons, provide real-time feedback, and assess student progress to ensure skill development. Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assisting students with project work, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This is a volunteer, remote opportunity where you can have a meaningful impact by empowering underserved youth with critical skills for tech careers.Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong ability to explain and teach foundational web development concepts
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training others, particularly in technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver instructions and provide feedback
- Passion for education, equity, and empowering underserved communities
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote learning environment
