What You Will Do

As the Senior Technical Support Lead, you will:

  • Act as the ultimate technical authority on complex product support issues.
  • Develop and implement domain-level strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead tech support actions during new feature launches and product development.
  • Manage support ticket queues and collaborate with Workforce Management.
  • Organize and lead team meetings and region stand ups.
  • Monitor vertical performance against KPIs and implement business intelligence systems.
  • Oversee complex programs and define future system requirements.
  • Build relationships with internal leaders and external partners.
  • Mentor colleagues and set methods for special assignments.
  • Create multi-platform content for specialized audiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

  • Deep expertise in supporting wearables or other complex consumer hardware/software products.
  • Experience developing and implementing vertical/domain strategies.
  • Proven ability to design and oversee quality assurance programs.
  • Knowledge of installing measurement systems for business intelligence.
  • The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
  • Strong networking skills with senior personnel.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams.
  • Adeptness in creating compelling, multi-platform strategic content.
