About the Role

Ottomatik.io is seeking a Data Quality Analyst with exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of English. In this role, you will analyze nuanced contractual clauses, quality control AI-generated outputs, collaborate with team members, and enhance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity in contract data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex contractual language and data.
  • Perform quality control on AI-generated contract reviews.
  • Collaborate to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Create clear reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track updates to contracts in the database.
  • Participate in additional projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in detail-oriented roles such as data analysis, contracts, or compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets.
  • Experience in tagging and classifying data for structured datasets or machine learning models.
  • Ability to quality-control outputs, especially those generated by AI.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Optional experience with commercial contracts or software licensing is a plus.

  • Eligibility: Open to candidates residing in Latin America.
