Key Responsibilities for the Retail Loan Product and Process Manager / Business Analyst

• Review, analyze, renew, and continuously fine-tune consumer credit processes.
• Understand user requirements, translate them into business needs and concepts, and present them effectively.
• Grasp and implement regulatory changes and product development demands from a process-oriented perspective.
• Continuously measure and further develop implemented processes based on evolving business and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, risk managers, and other banking departments to identify the most effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• University or college degree.
• In-depth knowledge of retail consumer credit product characteristics and operations, coupled with familiarity with the industry's legal framework.
• Proven ability to translate complex business ideas into the 'language' of diverse stakeholders, overseeing and coordinating their efforts.
• Excellent spoken English language skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence); comfortable working with flowcharts.
• A strong desire to create outstanding customer experiences.
• A keen interest in novel solutions and continuous technical advancements.
