About the Role
The Directorate of Capital Risk Management at OTP Bank is seeking an experienced professional with strong problem-solving skills. The Directorate is responsible for developing and testing the OTP Group's comprehensive crisis management plans: the recovery plan and the resolution plan. Additionally, the Directorate manages the OTP Resolution Project program, which coordinates the necessary developments and testing to implement these plans.Senior Recovery and Resolution Planning Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
- Executing and coordinating the annual review and testing of the Group-wide recovery plan (including conducting developments, analyses, stress tests, and data collection).
- Developing and testing resolution planning processes and developments at the group level in an international environment, primarily in the areas of creditor capitalization and transfer instruments, and group reorganization.
- Informing bank management and authorities about the status of recovery planning and the bank's resolvability.
- Performing and coordinating data submissions for the development of resolution plan elements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Higher education in finance or economics.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking, finance, or risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of English language proficiency (spoken and written) and strong communication skills.
