About the Role
OTOTO is looking for an Operations Manager to support people in making healthy, sustainable, and mindful choices. You will help present OTOTO's beautiful, independent brands while ensuring smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall topline store procedures and development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and liaise with authorities.
- Manage authorisation processes and recurring store issues.
- Oversee system processes to increase efficiency and troubleshoot as needed.
- Contract and manage third-party service providers.
- Organize regular equipment maintenance and store inspections.
- Handle damage control including floods, leaks, and equipment failures.
- Support structural issue management as a secondary contact.
- Administer HR processes and implement eco-conscious practices.
- Collaborate with management to provide customer and operational insights.
