What You’ll Do as a Digital Analyst
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions, you’ll serve as a liaison between business units and the Digital department. Your primary responsibility will be eliciting and communicating Digital business process requirements to ensure appropriate and effective Digital business solutions. Working with the Digital team, you will drive OGC’s Digital program across all business functions, as defined by the digital framework/strategy, helping to deliver Digital solutions and execute on the Digital roadmap.
The Core Parts Of Your Role Will Be To
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and effectively plan for, manage, and communicate these requirements.
- Analyze complex business problems and assess how Digital solutions can be designed and implemented.
- Develop and document Digital project requirements, including workflow, user interface, and quality assurance.
- Work with the Digital Team to coordinate the delivery of Digital solutions utilizing project management best practices.
- Design, develop, and implement website content & code, and organize information architecture in an effective and efficient manner.
- Lead and coordinate interdepartmental teams to create and optimize digital solutions focusing on improving member experience and operational efficiencies.
- Determine Digital solution feasibility by performing necessary investigation, analysis, and evaluation.
- Help develop Digital solution cost and benefit estimates to establish project ROI, including developing alternative considerations and recommendations.
- Provide consulting services to departments and users to enhance the use of existing Digital systems and processes.
- Ensure that reporting systems provide appropriate business intelligence by analyzing reporting requirements and providing recommendations.
- Ensure OGC websites, intranet, and digital channels perform efficiently and effectively through web analytics measurement, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct research and provide advice to other team members regarding the selection, application, and implementation of digital business systems.
- Perform other duties within competence, as assigned.
Qualifications
We are looking for a unique blend of skills and experience in an ideal candidate:
- A university degree, college diploma, or certification in a related field with strong knowledge of best practices in Digital solutions.
- Five years’ experience in process design and digital technology business solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (Salesforce CMS, Kentico), the Salesforce ecosystem, and various clouds (Salesforce Experience, Mobile Publisher, Service, Sales).
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards.
- High level of organizational ability with project management experience being an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to use innovative and effective methods to analyze data and produce business solutions that meet process requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Experience working on multiple systems and projects in parallel.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Knowledge of web and mobile UX design, prototyping, and testing tools.
- General knowledge of the insurance industry is considered an asset.
Working Conditions

Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary within a range of $66,360 to $91,000, along with rewarding bonuses. OTIP determines starting salary based on skills, experience, alignment with the role, and internal equity, positioning you for continued growth.
