Overview
Oticon USA is seeking a Government Services Account Manager West to achieve revenue and market share goals in the West region by leveraging excellent selling skills, product training, and a best-in-class customer experience. Viable candidates must live in the assigned geography: California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, and Guam. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Manage territory and budget to exceed monthly sales and visit targets.
- Review and analyze financial data to achieve revenue and unit goals.
- Develop new sales initiatives and strategic call plans for Government accounts.
- Provide product training and conduct workshops on advanced audiological topics.
- Establish strong relationships with internal partners and external customers.
- Travel extensively including overnight stays in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Audiology required.
- 3+ years’ clinical experience; sales success in hearing healthcare preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 80% with overnight stays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent independent prioritization and deadline management.
