About the Role
As a Technical Product Manager - Agentic AI Platform at Otera, you will design and build the next generation of AI-driven, agentic automation products. This role is central to evolving workflow orchestration into fully autonomous systems powered by AI agents capable of reasoning, acting, and optimizing outcomes. Your work will focus on AI agents, agentic workflows, and the foundations that ensure scalability, reliability, and measurable impact in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership & Discovery: Own the roadmap, backlog, and prioritization. Lead discovery efforts and define MVP scopes with an enterprise mindset. Produce high-quality PRDs and clear specifications for engineering teams.
- Agentic & AI-Driven Product Development: Drive the design and evolution of AI agents and workflows. Translate AI capabilities like LLMs, ML, and control loops into actionable product features. Participate in technical discussions on architecture and tradeoffs.
- Execution Enablement: Ensure initiatives are well-scoped and prioritized. Support backlog grooming and planning to improve delivery predictability. Identify risks and dependencies early on.
- Customer, GTM & Internal Collaboration: Engage with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Delivery teams. Capture enterprise requirements and feedback, and participate in demos and product events.
About You
You bring 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management with a strong technical foundation in software engineering or computer science. You have a proven ability to turn high-level objectives into a prioritized product roadmap. Experience with AI-driven enterprise products and familiarity with workflow automation tools is essential. Strong written communication and agile product delivery skills are required.
