Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will support Oteemo’s growth objectives by executing daily Business Development tasks, ensuring pipeline health, and providing analysis to strengthen capture execution. You will be responsible for engaging with senior leaders, conducting sales research and outreach, processing and analyzing data, creating executive-level presentations, and maintaining pipeline documentation and tracking.
Must-Have (Core Requirements):
- Executive communication skills for engaging senior leaders.
- Demonstrated sales research and outreach abilities.
- Strong Excel skills for data processing and analysis.
- Experience in creating executive-facing decks.
- Disciplined pipeline documentation and reporting.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in business development support or market research.
- 2–5 years in structured reporting and customer engagement roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with global or U.S.-based teams.
- Background in IT services, consulting, or SaaS business models.
- Strong English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and quickly self-learn new systems.
Qualifications: MBA in Marketing & Sales
