About the Role
Join OTC Flow as a Human Resources Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR framework. Reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing all HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to Dutch labour law.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and guidelines.
- Educate employees and managers on HR procedures and best practices.
- Handle employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Manage HR systems, databases, and maintain data confidentiality.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll and enrolment.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders such as IND and the Municipality.
About You
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2-4 years of HR experience. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with a strong understanding of Dutch labour law, is required. The role demands excellent communication, organizational skills and discretion with sensitive information.
