Junior Data & Analytics Consultant

About the Role

Join Otago Online Consulting GmbH and work with national and international brands such as IKEA Österreich, BWT, and Falkensteiner. As a Junior Data & Analytics Consultant, you will begin your journey as a Tracking Expert and grow into a full Data & Analytics Expert.

Your Profile

• Experience with HTML and JavaScript; additional programming skills a plus.
• Enjoy data analysis and working with spreadsheets, including basic skills in data preparation and visualization (e.g. Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with Tag Management Systems like Google Tag Manager or similar.
• Basic knowledge in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Matomo, Piwik PRO, etc.).
• Exposure to web analytics, tracking concepts, and data-driven optimization.
• Structured, meticulous work style and continuous learning mindset.
• Strong team player with self-driven knowledge acquisition.
• Hands-on mentality coupled with client orientation and execution strength.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Daily Business – Your Responsibilities

• Comprehensive onboarding into Otago's processes.
• Implement tracking projects for clients across various channels including Google Ads, Social Media, and Microsoft Ads.
• Act as the main point of contact for data strategy and web analytics inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Team.
• Develop into the central tracking expert and share your expertise internally.

Compensation

The position offers a starting annual salary of EUR 38,000 (based on 38.5 hours per week) with potential for higher pay based on qualifications and experience.
