Your Mission

We are seeking a Full-Stack Growth Engineer who can move rapidly, ship experiments efficiently, and unblock the Marketing team on any product-related initiatives, spanning frontend, mobile, or backend. You will primarily work as a TypeScript engineer across React, React Native, and NestJS, implementing changes that directly impact conversion, activation, and overall growth.

What You’ll Be Keeping Busy With

• Implement and iterate on web and mobile flows using React and React Native.
• Improve conversion by addressing UX logic issues, price display problems, funnel drop-offs, and other blockers.
• Integrate various SDKs and APIs based on vendor documentation (e.g., Amplitude, Adjust, Intercom).
• Support end-to-end execution of A/B tests, experiments, and feature flags.
• Utilize AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code to enhance development speed and efficiency.
• Set up and maintain tracking systems, with Google Tag Manager experience being a plus.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience with React and/or React Native.
• Experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Solid understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and Webhooks.
• Experience with A/B testing or building growth and product experiments.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Webflow experience, particularly with custom JavaScript embeds.
• Prior experience working with marketing or growth teams.
• Experience with Make.com or other automation tools.
• German language skills.

• Interview with our Head of Marketing / Product Owner: This round explores cross-functional collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
