About the Role

In our Output Management department, you will help operate and integrate our software stack, ensuring system stability and driving IT projects forward. You will work continuously to improve and upgrade existing systems, optimize performance, scalability and reliability, and contribute to documentation, testing, deployment, and incident management.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education (HTL, FH) with a focus on computer science or similar
  • Experience in digital printing or output management (Compart/Quadient products a plus)
  • Experience in developing and operating complex software systems on Linux (Bash, Scripting, Automation)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of databases (e.g. MSSQL), Bash scripting, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, and Webservices (SOAP/REST/Swagger)
  • Self-driven, structured, problem solving attitude with excellent communication skills

Compensation

The salary is based on experience and qualifications, but will be at least EUR 60,000 per year (gross, all-in).
