About the Role

We are recruiting an IT Project Manager focused on AI, RPA, and field mobility solutions to lead automation, digitalization, and business process optimization initiatives, serving technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI / RPA / Mobility projects.
• Identify and frame business needs for automation and field mobility.
• Manage RPA and AI solution integration projects.
• Deploy and maintain business mobile applications (interventions, data entry, reporting).
• Liaise between business teams, technical teams, and publishers/integrators.
• Change management and user support.
• Lead functional workshops and training sessions.
• Develop user and technical documentation.
• Ensure adoption and proper use of deployed solutions.
• Quality, security, and performance.
• Contribute to the reliability, security, and compliance of solutions (testing, non-regression, performance).
• Implement monitoring and performance indicators for tools.
• Participate in the evolution strategy of the IS and the integration of new technologies.

Qualifications

• Higher education in IT or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in IT project management, ideally in growing SMEs/ETIs.
• Good understanding of field business environments (maintenance, logistics, technical services).
• Professional English proficiency.

Required Skills

• IT project management (V-model / agile).
• Knowledge of RPA technologies (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Watson X etc.).
• Familiarity with AI solutions applied to business processes.
• Proficiency in mobile applications (Android, iOS, technician business platforms).
• Skills in API integration, data management, and reporting (MyReport, Blueway).
• Ability to develop test plans and conduct application acceptance.
• Interpersonal skills and leadership.
• Rigor, organization, and autonomy.
• Analytical mindset and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills.
• Ability to unite and facilitate cooperation between business and IT.
• Technological curiosity and passion for innovation.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Compensation: between €45k and €65k gross/year depending on profile and experience.
