Role Overview
This role is part of our presales organization, where you serve as the technical resource alongside Account Executives to demonstrate the value of Oscilar's solutions. You will show the "how" and "why" behind our platform through technical demonstrations and customer engagements.
What You’ll Do
- Become an expert on Oscilar product offerings.
- Build trust with potential customers by demonstrating how our platform addresses common issues.
- Conduct discoveries, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof of concept implementations.
- Act as a liaison between the product and sales teams by channeling customer feedback.
What You’ll Bring
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a solutions engineering, customer success, or support role.
- Strong technical sales acumen with an understanding of business processes and change management.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
- Certifications such as CAMS or similar.
- Experience with AML use cases like correspondent banking, trade finance, and crypto/digital assets.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like blockchain analytics and privacy-preserving computation.
