About the Staff Product Manager Role
Oscar Health is seeking experienced Staff Product Managers to join our Product team. At Oscar, we build our health insurance platform around a full stack technology and a focus on member service. This senior individual contributor role focuses on defining and driving complex, technical product initiatives and solving valuable business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business leaders.
- Develop and refine product strategy and operating models.
- Mentor teammates and elevate product practices.
- Participate in resource trade-off and decision making.
Qualifications & Bonus Points
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proven ability to use data to drive decisions.

Work Location & Compensation
This role is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days per week (including mandatory Thursday meetings). The base pay for the role is between $174,400 and $228,900 per year, plus benefits including equity, bonuses, and unlimited vacation.
