About the Role

Responsibilities
In the role of People Operations Partner, you will:
- Coordinate and improve core People processes such as goal setting and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable team performance and resolve employee relations challenges.
- Utilize people data to drive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance and clear communication of internal policies.
Experience & Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Several years of experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles in fast-paced, tech-driven settings.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with an agile mindset.
- Excellent analytical abilities to translate HR metrics into business insights.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with coaching or mediation experience as a plus.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
