At osapiens, our People team is scaling fast. We are looking for a People Operations Partner who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds smart processes, and drives impactful HR projects from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

In the role of People Operations Partner, you will:

  • Coordinate and improve core People processes such as goal setting and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enable team performance and resolve employee relations challenges.
  • Utilize people data to drive insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance and clear communication of internal policies.

Experience & Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Several years of experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles in fast-paced, tech-driven settings.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with an agile mindset.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to translate HR metrics into business insights.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with coaching or mediation experience as a plus.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
