Finance Manager - Commercial (FTC)

This temporary role is to cover maternity leave (approx 12 months) at Ornua Foods UK in Leek. Reporting to the Financial Controller - Commercial and Brands, the Finance Manager will lead the retailer-focused Finance Business Partnering team, oversee financial consolidation for the own label segment, and drive insightful reporting and budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team.
  • Oversee financial consolidation and management for the own label segment.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and insightful financial reporting.
  • Ensure financial controls and robust overhead management.
  • Provide financial support on key business projects and stakeholder engagements.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with post qualification experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
  • Commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and FMCG/food industry experience.
  • Previous leadership experience with people management.
