About the Role
Ornikar is revolutionizing online driving education and car insurance. Within the Client Ops department, our Customer Support team of around 20 people ensures a fast and quality client experience by phone and email for driving courses and insurance activities.
Your Role as Business Operations Manager
Working directly under the Head of Operational Excellence, you will drive performance management and lead strategic continuous improvement projects. You will coordinate internal and external partners to optimize processes, update quality and training documentation, and ensure proper adoption of new business rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement and digitalization projects
- Define business needs and manage project implementations
- Develop and automate performance dashboards (Salesforce)
- Ensure data reliability and support KPI tracking
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize tools like Zendesk and Vonage
Recruitment Process
