Overview

The Junior NetSuite Administrator at Orlebar Brown supports the growing global luxury retailer by managing NetSuite ecosystem activities and integration processes. Reporting to the Senior NetSuite Developer and Head of Technical Services, you will handle BAU tickets, first line support, middleware monitoring, and project contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BAU tickets related to NetSuite issues.
  • Provide 1st line support for user queries.
  • Monitor and resolve integration errors from Celigo middleware.
  • Contribute to projects with testing, customizations and upgrades.
  • Build saved searches, reports, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Document configurations, processes, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with various teams including retail and finance.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in NetSuite administration, development or consulting is required. Familiarity with SuiteScript, middleware, Celigo, and retail/financial processes is desirable. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
