About Sales Development Representative

The Role

We are looking for a naturally curious, highly motivated, and collaborative Sales Development Representative to drive revenue pipeline growth. Join our SDR team to power outbound sales efforts by transforming how companies approach employee financial wellness.

  • Drive pipeline by positioning Origin as the strategic partner addressing financial wellness challenges.
  • Master the employee benefits landscape to identify buyer motivations.
  • Execute AI-powered account research to deliver hyper-personalized outreach.
  • Run multichannel prospecting campaigns using tools like Nooks, Clay, Outreach, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and optimize conversion strategies.
  • Gain firsthand experience of Origin's product to ensure authentic conversations.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Driven by Origin's mission and passionate about the product.
  • Quick adaptation to new processes, technologies, and market conditions.
  • Strong collaborative skills with active idea contribution.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about market trends.

Nice to Have

  • 12+ months SDR/BDR experience with proven results.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Background prospecting into B2B SaaS mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Engineering or technical background with a data-driven mindset.
