About the Role
The Expansion Project Manager at Origin reports to the Director of Partnerships & Business Development. This role is responsible for full lifecycle ownership and execution of New Clinic Openings (NCO) as well as managing vendor contracts and contributing to Mergers & Acquisitions integration.
- Own and execute New Clinic Openings from start to finish.
- Act as key point of contact with contractors, landlords, and vendors.
- Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and fully documented.
- Coordinate FF&E sourcing, installation, and vendor contract management.
- Collaborate on enhancing processes for sustainable growth and integration.
What You’ll Achieve
This role contributes to expanding access in Women’s MSK care. It ensures new clinics open on schedule and within budget while streamlining operational processes and vendor management.

About You
You have 3-5 years of project management experience, with similar experience in opening brick & mortar or retail locations. A keen interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy is essential. Bonus points for experience with CAD/architecture software.
