About The Role: Expansion Project Coordinator
This role coordinates New Clinic Openings (NCO) and various projects ensuring milestones are met on time and on budget. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Business Development, your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating full lifecycle NCO projects
- Scheduling vendor meetings, tech setups and on-site support
- Managing FF&E sourcing and contract documentation
- Overseeing vendor contract management and renewals
- Supporting Mergers & Acquisitions integration processes
What You’ll Achieve
Contribute to Origin’s expansion in women’s musculoskeletal care by ensuring new clinics open on time and within budget, while streamlining internal processes.
Qualifications & What Makes Us Different
Applicants should have 1-3 years of project management and brick & mortar / retail location opening experience. A passion for women’s health is essential, and familiarity with CAD/architecture software is a bonus.
