About the Role
The Senior Technical Business Analyst is a key member of Origin Energy's technology team. You will deliver high quality business analysis, lead requirements elicitation sessions, and mentor junior colleagues while managing multiple projects in an Agile environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis sessions with stakeholders.
- Document functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Maintain traceability and ensure alignment from initiation to delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Oversee changes to requirements and handle risk management.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts.
- Drive quality assurance and continuous process improvement.
