About the Role

As the SaaS Sales Enablement Specialist at Origami Risk, you will empower global sales teams including AEs, AMs, and BDRs with the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, and processes. You will design and execute enablement programs to boost seller productivity, accelerate ramp times, increase pipeline generation, and improve win rates.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage scalable enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with leaders, reps, and RevOps to optimize GTM tech stack.
  • Create and optimize sales enablement content such as playbooks and SOPs.
  • Work with Product and Product Marketing for field-ready messaging.
  • Drive pipeline generation through dedicated sales plays.
  • Deliver enablement via live sessions, async, role-plays, certifications, and coaching.
  • Utilize metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years in GTM, ideally with full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • Understanding of complex B2B buying journeys.
  • Experience with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Proven success in pipeline generation and GTM tooling.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
