Role Overview: Product Analyst
The Product Analyst supports the Product Manager in product analysis and backlog execution. They help translate the product vision and roadmap into detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the Agile development team.
Responsibilities
- Support product roadmap execution alongside the Product Manager.
- Elicit business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into technical User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Create and maintain product and release documentation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog health.
- Perform functional testing and support quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Architecture teams on system design.
- Champion Origami Risk values and maintain process adherence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience in product analysis or a similar role; strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills; and prior experience in risk management or P&C Insurance is preferred.
Benefits
This full-time role offers a base pay between $80,000 and $100,000, bonus eligibility, competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, and flexible paid time off. All full-time positions are hybrid with the possibility of remote work.
