About the Role

The Brand Executive is a field sales position for Oribe Hair Care, responsible for driving business, brand loyalty, and recognition in the greater New York area. This role focuses on both new business development and existing account growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees.
  • Manage both existing and new business development opportunities.
  • Work with Regional Brand Managers to implement sell-in and sell-through strategies.
  • Deliver high quality in-salon presentations and product classes.
  • Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Maintain systematic meeting schedules and execute education plans.
  • Participate in company-sponsored events and attend training sessions.
  • Travel overnight up to 75% of the time.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A high sales drive with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Comfort with technology and various software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in outside sales and the salon industry is preferred.
