About the Role
The Operations & Sales Support role is the operational backbone behind Tent Portal, part of Organic-Concept's international B2B platform for tents and event professionals. You ensure that orders, projects, and deliveries run smoothly across operations, sales, planning, logistics, and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up quotations and online orders.
- Process offers and orders in ERP systems.
- Support B2B clients using the Tent Portal platform.
- Follow up production with suppliers and factories.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics.
- Act as the link between platform, sales, warehouse and transport.
- Support stock management and warehouse flows.
- Assist planning and logistics with reporting and project planning.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively solve issues.
- Keep data structured in Sheets/Excel and ERP systems.
- Handle first-line customer communication and aftersales.
Profile & Requirements
Candidates must have fluent communication in Dutch, English, and French. Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and fast learning of digital tools and ERP systems is required. A proactive, structured, and responsible attitude is essential. Experience in operations, logistics, planning, or inside sales and familiarity with technical, construction, or event-related products is a plus.
