- Promote and embody company customer service programs like Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, and Rock the Lot.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
- Support management and installer service specialists with professional customer needs.
- Complete all assigned company training relevant to your role.
- Deliver exceptional phone service by answering calls according to policy, accurately looking up parts, quoting prices, recommending additional items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.
- Manage cash drawer responsibilities, including accurate cash handling, change, and credit card processing.
- Process exchanges and returns efficiently and courteously, adhering to company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist with daily store operations such as stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and receiving freight.
- Prepare merchandise returns, assist with inventory counts, and perform stock adjustments.
- Operate specialized store equipment, such as brake lathes, after completing required training.
- Perform in-store services where permitted by law, including battery testing, code scanning, and wiper installations.
- Potentially drive a delivery vehicle for customer deliveries, provided your driving record meets company requirements.
