What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Responsible for data collection, management, manipulation, analysis, and reporting
• Manage study cohorts and conduct outreach communication with subjects
• Prepare progress reports utilizing basic prescriptive statistics
• Gather information to assist in the development of future research proposals
• Train and orient new staff members

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Science required
• Relevant research and data management experience of 1-2 years required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Intermediate computer literacy, including familiarity with database tools and data management programs

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in epidemiological research or similar population-based studies
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis software
• Ability to work independently and exhibit professionalism
• Experience in training or mentoring staff
• Familiarity with research proposal development
