Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for human resources functions, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Manage the complete pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration.
  • Diligently maintain accurate employee files and ensure consistent enforcement of company policies and practices.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, effectively managing communications through a shared inbox.
  • Assist in the administration process for performance management and undertake various general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

  • 0-3 years of experience in an administrative function.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
