Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for human resources functions, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage the complete pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration.
- Diligently maintain accurate employee files and ensure consistent enforcement of company policies and practices.
