What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide customer service for routine inquiries and problems via phone, email, chat, and written correspondence
- Assist in scheduling vaccines and sending out informational kits to the public and healthcare professionals
- Utilize databases to look up information and track inquiries, appointments, and issues
- Maintain knowledge of CDC procedures and policies to respond accurately to numerous inquiries
- Suggest process improvements for better efficiency and service delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
- Minimum of six (6) months of customer service, administrative, or call center experience
- Must be able to speak and write English clearly and professionally
- Proficient in using PCs, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
