What To Expect as an Administrative Assistant (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage the schedule and calendar of the Vice Chancellor for Sponsored Programs and Research Operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Research Concierge Program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of Sponsored Programs' general phone line.
  • Utilize computer software, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, and Excel for various tasks.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
