What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing expense reports
- Draft and revise legal documents and correspondence as requested by Legal Counsel
- Maintain an ongoing work plan with timelines for tasks and document organization
- Track budget, manage invoices, purchase orders, and obtain necessary approvals
- Organize incoming mail and phone calls, making initial determinations on contact and action needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in a legal assistant role
- Proficient with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in project management with accountability for execution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
