Job Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact, routing inquiries and complex requests.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records in compliance with policy.
  • Process student appointments and assist with onboarding activities.
  • Schedule meeting logistics, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Initiate and assist with departmental financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative support experience with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and conferencing tools (Zoom, WebEx, Teams).
  • Experience managing operational details including scheduling and meeting arrangements.
  • High School Diploma preferred as a minimum.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a higher education administrative role.
  • Familiarity with financial processes, expense reimbursements and purchasing cards.
  • Experience with human resource systems.
