Job Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact, routing inquiries and complex requests.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in compliance with policy.
- Process student appointments and assist with onboarding activities.
- Schedule meeting logistics, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Initiate and assist with departmental financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative support experience with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and conferencing tools (Zoom, WebEx, Teams).
- Experience managing operational details including scheduling and meeting arrangements.
- High School Diploma preferred as a minimum.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a higher education administrative role.
- Familiarity with financial processes, expense reimbursements and purchasing cards.
- Experience with human resource systems.
