Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Manage comprehensive front desk duties, including answering phones, emails, and physical mail.
- Oversee office supply inventory and ordering, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate and manage conference room schedules and bookings.
- Maintain and update critical internal documents such as the intranet, directories, and organizational charts.
- Provide essential HR support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and home office Directors of Human Resources for various responsibilities and special projects.

- Perform general office support and administrative tasks for the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience in executive-level administrative support, office management, or human resources.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Adobe and Webex platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational and time management capabilities.
