What To Expect as an Administrative Assistant II (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain department applications, forms, and handouts related to specialized programs and permits
  • Provide accurate data entry for processing permit applications and inspection requests

  • Notary public commission or ability to obtain one within three months of employment
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
  • Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to effectively engage with the public
